Refund Policy

No Refund Policy for Mold Inspections and Results

All mold inspection services, sampling, and laboratory analysis fees are non‑refundable. Because mold inspections involve professional time, expertise, on‑site evaluation, and third‑party laboratory processing, all sales are considered final once the service has been scheduled or performed.

By booking an inspection, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following:

Inspection Services

  • Payment covers the inspector’s time, travel, equipment use, and professional assessment.

  • Results are based on conditions observed at the time of inspection and cannot guarantee future conditions or outcomes.

  • No refunds are provided if the findings do not align with the client’s expectations or if mold is not detected.

Sampling and Laboratory Analysis

  • All sample collection and lab fees are non‑refundable once samples have been taken.

  • Laboratory results are generated by an independent accredited lab and cannot be altered, canceled, or refunded once processing begins.

Client Responsibility

  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure access to the property at the scheduled time. Missed appointments or inaccessible areas do not qualify for refunds.

  • The inspection does not include remediation services. Recommendations provided are advisory only.

Support

  • While refunds are not offered, we remain committed to answering questions, clarifying results, and helping clients understand their inspection report and lab findings.
